About the board

Tduino v1.0 was our first Arduino IDE-compatible robot board. Robust and housing an onboard L293D, it let users build robots out of the box easily. We manufactured 100+ units before upgrading the line.

This product is discontinued - replaced by RoboBoard v2.0.

Tduino v1.0 was one half of the Tduino series, alongside Tduino Alpha. Looking for something custom? Our product design team builds boards to spec, or browse our current lineup.

FAQ

Tduino v1.0, answered.

No. Tduino v1.0 is discontinued after 100+ units shipped. Its successor, RoboBoard v2.0, is the robotics board we recommend today.

It housed an onboard L293D motor driver, so users could build robots straight out of the box without wiring a separate motor driver circuit.

Tduino v1.0 supported the Atmega 8/168/328 microcontrollers, an onboard L293D motor driver, an off-board USB Serial uploader, 14 digital I/O pins, 6 analog input pins and a 16 MHz clock.

It ran on Atmega microcontrollers via the Arduino IDE like a standard Arduino, but added an onboard motor driver so it could drive robots directly - a feature carried forward into RoboBoard.
